Dear Guests!

Welcome to our holiday apartment. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope you have a wonderful stay here. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with our house rules.

House Rules

For use by our guests

In addition to the entire holiday apartment, you are welcome to use the garden/terrace, the carport/garage, the jetty, the grill, and the rowing boat.

Towels, Bed Linen, and Room Cleaning

The rooms are cleaned upon your arrival, the bed is freshly made, and each guest is provided with a bath towel, a hand towel, and a bath mat. Please let us know if you need new towels, bed linen, or kitchen linen. It is not allowed to take our bath towels to the lake.

Damages

No one intentionally damages things, but accidents can happen. We would appreciate it if you inform us of any damage so that we can address it immediately rather than discovering it during the final cleaning after your departure. Tenants are liable for damages caused by themselves, their fellow travelers, or guests.

Please report any defects to us so that we can repair or replace them. We must charge you for any damages or soiling caused by you.

Waste

We ask you to separate the waste. There is a waste bin for residual waste, paper, and plastic. Please only throw unpackaged food into the organic waste bin. Please place glass separately in front of the house. We will promptly collect and dispose of the waste.

Laundry

We ask you not to dry wet laundry in the rooms but to use the terrace or garden. Feel free to use the drying rack.

Smoking

We ask our guests not to smoke inside the house. An ashtray is available on the terrace or in the outdoor area for smokers.

Quiet Hours

We ask you to avoid noise from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and all day on Sundays.

Keys

The keys provided to you are for the house and the courtyard gate. We ask you to keep the front door closed from 10:00 PM. When leaving the property, please lock the house and courtyard doors. If the key is lost, we must charge you for the cost of obtaining a replacement key.

Liability

We do not assume liability for personal belongings and valuables stored in the apartment or in the cloakroom. Furthermore, parents are asked to supervise their children on the property, especially near the water and on the jetty. The use of the jetty, rowing boat, and garden is at your own risk. Swimming is at your own risk.
