Payment Terms

The tenant must transfer a deposit of 20% of the total net rent to the specified account within 14 days of concluding the rental agreement, indicating the name and duration of stay. The remaining amount must be received by the landlord no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period. The landlord reserves the right to withdraw from the rental agreement in the event of late payments. In such cases, the landlord is entitled to claim compensation.

Cancellation

The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:

  • Withdrawal up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
  • Withdrawal 44 to 33 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • Withdrawal 32 to 22 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
  • Withdrawal 21 to 12 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
  • Withdrawal 11 days before the start of the rental period until the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price

The tenant has the right to provide a substitute tenant who will take over the apartment in full.

Duty of Care

The tenants must treat the rental property and its furnishings with care. Tenants are liable for any damage caused by negligence. Tenants are required to check the completeness and usability of the furnishings upon arrival and report any complaints to the landlord immediately. Any damage occurring during the rental period must also be reported immediately. The house rules displayed in the house apply.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival on the booking day can take place from 3:00 PM. We kindly ask you to contact us by phone before your arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to hand over the apartment by 10:00 AM.
