Cancellation policy
Payment method
The tenant must transfer a deposit of 20% of the total net rent to the specified account within 14 days of signing the rental agreement, stating their name and the length of stay. The remaining balance must be received by the landlord no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period. The landlord reserves the right to withdraw from the rental agreement in the event of late payment. In such cases, the landlord is entitled to claim compensation.
cancellation
The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:
- Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
- Cancellation 44 to 33 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- Cancellation 32 to 22 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- Cancellation 21 to 12 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
- Cancellation 11 days before the start of the rental period up to the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
The tenant has the right to nominate a replacement tenant who will take over the apartment/house in full.
Due diligence obligations
Tenants are required to treat the rented premises and furnishings with care. Tenants are liable for any damage they cause. Upon moving in, tenants are obligated to inspect the furnishings for completeness and usability and to report any defects to the landlord immediately. Tenants must also report any damage occurring during the tenancy without delay. The house rules posted in the building apply.
Arrival and departure
Arrival on the day of booking is possible from 3:00 PM. Please contact us by phone before your arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the holiday apartment/house by 10:00 AM.
